Generate AI analysis of your decisions
Send email copies of your analysis (if requested)

Anthropic (Claude AI): Processes your decision content to generate analysis

Google (Gemini AI): Processes your decision content to generate analysis

OpenAI (GPT): Processes your decision content to generate analysis

Stripe: Processes payment information (we never see your full card details)

Resend: Sends email copies of your analysis, retained per Resend's data retention policy

Each service has its own privacy policy and data handling practices.

4. Data Retention

We retain data as follows:

Decision content: Logged temporarily for abuse prevention, not permanently stored on our servers
Email copies: If you request an email copy of your analysis, the full content is processed and stored by our email provider (Resend) according to their retention policy
Email addresses: Used only to send your analysis, not stored in our database
Usage logs: Retained for 30 days for security and analytics
Payment records: Retained by Stripe per their retention policy

5. AI Model Data Processing

When you submit a decision:

Your content is sent to Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI APIs
These companies process your data according to their privacy policies
We use commercial enterprise APIs that do not train on your data

6. Security

We implement security measures including:

HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
Rate limiting to prevent abuse
Input validation and sanitization
Secure payment processing through Stripe
Crisis content detection and safety screening

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights
